Project Chronos is a VR game for Oculus Rift. You play as a robot in Mars who has to search for minerals and return to the ship before the time runs out.The main goal of the game is to simulate an exploration environment so the astronaut can have the robot pick resources for them without getting out of the ship and being exposed to dangers. With VR, the experience is enhanced, so the astronaut can see with the eyes of the robot as if they were picking the resources themselves.

Combined two proposed challenges in order to deliver a product specially customized to the target audience
Successfully worked with custom controllers (DIY-gloves) and beta technology (Oculus Rift DK2) to deliver an immersive experience for the player.
Structured and defined the target deliverable based entirely on our ultimate player and Stakeholder: NASA astronauts.
Implemented the core game loop including character, items, weapons, UI and VR Interactions
Collaborated with the electrical engineers on the team to interface between the game and the custom controller.
Successfully pitched the game project to panel of NASA judges by focusing on how the design would fit pre-ordinated constraints and accommodate target audience.
