IceCream Mathness is a 2D Mobile game that teaches basic math. You are a ice cream truck and have to provide just the perfect amount of ice cream to your clients to make them happy! Catch the ice cream balls and throw them to the clients’ cones to sum/subtract the values on the cones.

- Scheduled and Scoped the project using a priority-based Scrum Trello board, which enabled the team to easily choose the best tasks to fit in every sprint
- Adapted the product to engage a younger audience, both by choosing a relatable theme and easy-to-learn game mechanics for children.
- Engrained the educational nature of the game in core of the game mechanics, without resorting to traditional mechanics like trivia or memory games.
- Adapted and optimized the game for a mobile platform.
